Brand new with tags. Excellent black velvet Blazer. This is more of a matte velvet material, not shiny. I kept this blazer in a size 0 which is my normal size. I would say this is TTS. The green blazer in the photos is to show the style. This blazer is black. 26” inches length in the front.
