I've heard these run small. what regular shoe size would these fit for a little girl?

@mskay18 these shoes are bound to feel a little tight because they're supposed to be form-fitting to the foot so a size 4 for these would fit on a girl who wears size 4 in general ^.^ if it helps though, I'm petite and I typically wear size 4 and 5 women's shoes and size 4 in girls
