Jay Joshua “I ❤️ NY” red/gold lapel pin (.75”)

Bright red lapel or hat pin by artist Jay Joshua. Done in a cloisonné style with gold around each letter and the white heart. This can be worn by men and women but I couldn’t find that selection. Not sure if this was ever used. If so, it’s in EUC.
