Javier Servin handmade pottery bell Mexico Talavera

This beautiful bell is hand painted in a thick glossy glaze. It is mostly navy with pink, aqua and blue accents. It is 4'' tall and 3'' wide at the bottom. It has a clay clapper on copper wire. It is signed Servin Mexico 98.
