Detailed neckline and ruffles cross crossing throughout dress. Beautiful delicate floral pattern. Yellow, pink, and purple flowers with butterflies. Fully lined. New without tags. No size tag, I believe this was a runway exclusive. I bought it at a sample sale. My best guess based on his other pieces I have, is that this is a size 4.
