Japanese brand Kitty Midi Skirt Size Small

I love this skirt!!! But unfortunately, the length is just not for me (I'm 4'11"). I hate to let it go... but it would be better for someone taller than me. I only wore it out once. It has 2 front pockets and 2 back pockets. Length is 23" from top to hem, and waist is 13" across (stretch on the back). Material is 80% polyester and 20% wool. Has a black lining underneath. It is definitely a fall/winter skirt. Says size M but it is more like a Small.
