Japanese Sake decanter and cups NIB. Vintage 70’s to 80’s. Made in Kyoto Japan.

Delightful ornamental pourers in natural unglazed clay and a glossy Brown Ochre glazed top shoulder and spout. The pourers also have a traditional hanging loop made from natural fiber twine. Decorated with traditional Japanese brushed Japanese calligraphy. It reads: 酒 “Sake” 京都 “Kyoto”: city in Japan The cups are also out of natural unglazed clay with the rim glazed in glossy dark brown ochre. Both decorated with traditional Japanese brushed Japanese calligraphy. New in box. Box has slight damaged corner as shown in photo.
