Japanese blue porcelain decorative sugar bowl with hand painted peacocks and flowers with possible real gold paint on the reams and paintings. Made in Japan by Asahi. The bowl is 3.25" tall without lid 4.75" tall with the lid on and approximately 2.5" diameter.
