This is a beautiful Japanese Imari ginger jar. It features two identical central panels of an imperial ox cark surrounded by flowers and a large bird, and stylized side panels in red, blue and gold. Lid is present. Height: 5.75 in. to top of lid Mouth Diameter: 1.75 in. Widest Diameter: 4.5 in. Base Diameter: 2.75 in Condition Notes: Pre-owned. There is only minimal wear to the jar, primarily on the top and bottom contact surfaces. No chips or cracks. This is a nice piece! Please see photos for more details.
