Good preowned condition. 1983 Chokin plate created by Japanese artist, Yoshinobu Hara. Plate created by etching pure copper and then gilding it with silver and gold. Plate #1160 out of 7,500. Some light surface scratches on plate. No known chipping. Circumference: 9”
