Small ruffle romper by Japna. Adjustable spaghetti straps. This looks like a dress but is actually a romper! Stretchy back. VERY comfortable, I LOVE this but unfortunately, my body does not look good in a romper :( Size: Small Brand: Japna Material: 100% Polyester Color: cream, brown and black Measurements: Pit to pit: 16” but can stretch easily to 20”due to the stretchy section along the back.
