@onlyvisiting it’s lightly fleeced lined - hence the fleece pilling/ coming out a little. I wouldn’t say the material is wind blocking but it’s nice for a fall or spring run when it’s a little chilly and you just need to keep your core a little warm. It’s not rain resistant either. I wore it more just around town rather than running.
