Janie and Jack red dress with matching bloomer

This dress is from Janie and Jack cotton/ spandex and is new with tags ! Short sleeved red with red white and blue ribbon accent and 3 gold buttons. Just enough ruffle but comfortable to wear. 18-24 months . Shoulder to hem is 19 inches . 20 inches across waist . 3 button closure in back. Double ruffle around bottom of dress.
