Janie and Jack charcoal and black polka dot dress

Dark charcoal dress with black polka dots. Now at waist in front. Buttons up back. Stretchy Cotton. Size 4. My girl wore it at 3 so I would say it fits more like a 3. Like new. Worn once for pictures.
