Jane Singer Dress Lace Collar Pockets Flare Skirt

A beautiful navy blue dress with an ivory Battenberg lace collar. Long raglan sleeves, form fitting, flare skirt. Patch pockets. Our dress form is a size 6, we think it fits her well. The Bust measures 34 Length from shoulder 48 Sleeve length from shoulder 20 1/2. In good condition, a spot on the collar as seen in last photo.
