James Street Co Terry Tank Dress with Square neck and open back Navy NOT Orange

This is a really nice dress from a Los Angeles brand called James Street, from season 19. It is a thick, sturdy fabric, in a soft navy color. Can easily be dressed up or down. The thing that makes this interesting is the open back. On me, it comes down to about mid back. Very flattering without being risqué.
