nofauxpas What is the measurement of the waist band part? Is the top dry clean only?

rarumrerum @nofauxpas hi! The waist band is 14.5 in but it is very stretchy, I could easily stretch it out to 18-20 in. I added the care instructions in the photos. You can machine wash the whole item in cold water, just no tumble drying. Let me know if you have other questions!
