westugirl Actually if you go directly to James Avery there is a % to make the charm or charms but they do have the wax in the vault and you do not have to pay such outrageous prices for retired items!!! This is so overy priced!!! you can get it new from James Avery!!! ANY RETIRED ITEM CAN BE REMADE WITH A SMALL FRACTION OF UPCHARGE to pour the jewelry!! WHATEVER YOU WANT THEY WILL ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER!!

rosaegonza5542 I know about the value on James Avery. Older retired pieces go for much more because They ARE RETIRED. They DO NOT make more when a customer requests one. That's why they are retired. Molds in the vault are for emergencies. Such as when they robbed one of the stores. Even then some couldn't be replaced. Gift certificates were given. So in lieu of all that....is the heart n angel still available? Consider trade with other JA pieces?
