Jagger brand mini dress or long top

Maybe this is meant to be a long top, but it’s a medium so I wore it as a mini dress. It’s long in front, but quite short in the back. I’m 5’2”, so if you’re taller than that it might be more of a long top. I paired it with thigh high boots and I would receive a ton of compliments. Super comfy, stretchy sweater material. This was one of the most comfortable dresses I ever wore, and it fits to curves perfectly.
