@susansmith60 Hi -- They are APPROXIMATELY 13-14 inches unstretched on each side. 13.5 is close. I'm not comfortable giving you a measurement stretched because they are SO stretchy and I'm afraid I would get it wrong. I kept getting a different measurement every time. They are very stretchy.
