Jade boutique flouncy midi dress

Flouncy jade dress, from at a boutique at the Loop (Delmar St) in St. Louis. Purchased it for my sister but it did not fit her, so it has never been worn. I noticed there is a small flaw on the front of dress, perhaps in transit, a blackish stain. Shown in last two pictures. It's not very noticeable but it's why I'm marking it down so much and am flexible. If you like the shoes, I'm also selling those in my closet.
