As the name suggests, Jackman’s GG Sweat Trousers offer the benefits of both sweatpants and trousers. The GG Sweat fabric is a high-density cotton which never shrinks and is exceptionally durable, while still maintaining a comfortable stretch. The cut leans more to the trouser side of things, with slant pockets, belt loops, and a relaxed tapered leg. As with all Jackman pieces, the GG Sweat Trousers are entirely made in Japan at the storied Tanabe Meriyasu factory.

Jackman
In 1949, a baseball-obsessed Japanese government officer named Mitsugu Tanabe quit his job and founded Tanabe Meriyasu, a factory for baseball goods. While historically specializing in baseball uniforms, Tanabe Meriyasu continues its tradition of manufacturing classic American sportswear under the Jackman label. Every piece from Jackman is still made in Japan from high quality cotton and looks just as good in 2020 as it would in 1960.
