This coat is brand new from Amazon, it could not be returned. It’s a pleather material that has a zip out hood. The size says 3 x but it fits more like a L or xl, the sleeves are also very long. The top shoulder seem to the waist measured 25’ and the sleeves are about 26’. Smoke free home
