Really cute over a lace camisole or tight tank! Like a jacket but a top. Tie can be relaxed. Length top of collarbone to hem is 21”. Shoulder bone to wrist hem is 23”. Polyester spandex give stretchy, soft, and velvety feel. Bought at a boutique in Sydney. Great condition. No marks, snags, or discoloration.
