Vintage Papell Boutique circa late 90’s. Worn twice. 100%silk. No stains whatsoever. Impeccable condition. The blue turquoise is as gorgeous as the first time I wore it. Elastic at back waist on skirt for comfort. Back slit in skirt for movement. Checkout the embroidery and details on the jacket. They don’t make them like this anymore ladies!!
