This is such a fun NWT skirt from Jack by BB Dakota! It's a size 2 and is the most fun mini skirt, in a black and white zebra print and a swing pleated style. It's NWT but as you can see, has been washed, and I haven't listed it as NWT since the tag isn't particularly in tact.
