Jack Wills Tartan Plaid Dress

This dress is SO soft and so well made. The Tartan is Red and deep deep Navy. She is 92 percent cotton but feels like cashmere. The Material elevates the dress. The dress is just short enough to be playful. Can be dressed up or down for the occasion and time of year. I wore her ONCE.
