How is Elastic around the waist and around the neck are they kind of worn out, or is in good shape

@meavsa19 it’s very elastic aNd not worn. I’ve only worn this 3-4x max. JWLA clothes run a little big so it can accommodate sizes XS-M without looking strange. Super cute dress but I still have it in 6 other colors LOL
