JVC DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA GR-D350U - ERROR P/R

The camcorder is in safeguard mode whenever you put a tape in. Will not let you read/ write/ record to tapes, as it just give me the error code 03 PARTS/ REPAIR This Item is listed for Parts/Repair and should NOT be expected to function normally. This means that the item will likely require AT LEAST some repair if not FULLY BROKEN. I do my best to explain the issues that I see with the item but there may be more UNFORESEEN ISSUES.
