njanik @thewizardofoddz - hi there! I see you are pretty knowledgeable about vintage jewelry. I have a vintage necklace that my grandmother gave me, signed "Designed by Carol L. Brooks". I've been searching online and not able to find much about her. I did find one piece that was going for around $315.00. Are you familiar with her pieces and have any info you can share?

scarlettstained @thewizardofoddz I had no problems with my wonderful hobby UNTIL I had my 1st baby then he complained all the time!! He thinks I hoard jewelry,maybe I do but I love pretty things and sparkly things and it makes me happy!! I also love to show it to my company when they come over.i ended up building a small building designated for my vintage jewelry , and collectables. He kicked me out of the house ;)

thewizardofoddz @scarlettstained that sounds exactly like me! We have to be twins. My husband is an enabler though. When I'm buying jewelry I'll say "no we should save money I don't really need it" and he will say "no that's ok I'll buy it for you" My marriage is a pretty perfect match, he likes antique oak furniture and I like to put all my jewelry on display in those cabinets 😝

vintage_style Stunning! I have a huge collection as well. I have display cases that are a out 12x16 each, and all organized by designer, mostly. Years ago, I had to really get a grip, because it was out of control. Now I'm very selective. I'm starting to sell , which is hard because I love most of what I have!
