jlbrass I JUST bought the Portobello GM 😍 Just 3 weeks ago. I L💗VE it too, but I completely agree that the shoulder strap is just way too stiff! 😕 Totally hurts the somewhat pointy bone on top of my shoulder. It's such a beaut though!
