@camm44 hi :) I would say it depends on the length of the dress, height of the person as well. But as far as having your typical above the knee dress & wanting a good 5"+ of just lace hanging below I would say no. If you can give me an idea, I can let you know if this will work or not:)

@camm44 I measured just the outside lengh non stretch on a hanger, but it's abit longer once worn if that makes sense. I'm more than happy to help to see if this would be an option if you can give me an idea on what you had in mind:)
