Formal Dress is new with tags. Tailored slightly for 5’ foot woman. Says size 3x but was tailored in bodice a little too much so the sleeves are a little tight. Otherwise never worn, final sale return policy, so couldn’t return it when we found out it didn’t fit. But too pretty and expensive to just donate.
