JULIE MILLER California Vintage 70s Ruffle Maxi Dress

Pictures do not do this dress justice! Designed by Julius "Julie" Miller, it is the epitome of the late 60s/early 70s style. Label is indicative of late 60s but the dress style is spot on 70s. The dress is brown polyester fabric with an empire waist giving it fullness. The pleated white ruffles are trimmed with matching brown ribbon. The flounce collar is sewn in tiers to add body. The cuffs also feature the same ruffle material and because of this, there is no stretch at the wrist. In fact the flat measurement of the cuff is only 4". The inside armpit area is discolored. I have added a photo. I have also added a photo of the outside pit area showing that the discoloration is not visible to anyone but the wearer. The size tag has worn to the point that it is illegible. I would compare this to a medium. Measurements are listed below. Flat measured, pit to pit - 19" approx.
