Beautiful, cobalt blue, maxi dress, with halter tie at the neck. 65% - silk and 35% - polyester. The perfect piece for beach, brunch, or an evening out! The color is gorgeous and extremely flattering to the figure! The tie around the neck highlights the collar bone area. There is a tiny hole where the tag was on the right side breast area.
