JTV Black spinel sterling silver pave’ ring

This looks like black diamonds on sterling silver, but my grandmother got it from JTV and from what I found in their site- I think it may be black spinel rhodium over sterling silver because they sell a lot of rings like that. It has the look of real. It was new in the box and never worn. I think it is a size 6.
