J/Slides NYC Burgundy Lycra Size 7M Morrow Sneakers

Jslides NYC burgundy lycra sneakers tennis shoes (in the style "Morrow"?) from Nordstrom Rack Worn briefly around the house, but too large for me. I just never got around to returning them in time. Soles are off-white + tinted burgundy at the edges. The bottom of the box looks water or oil-stained but I have no idea what would've caused it? They've been in storage for a few years.
