JSBoutique Asymmetric Black Skirt with Lace, Bead, and Ruffle Detail

Almost full length, asymmetric formal skirt. Skirt has lovely beaded detail overlying two rows of flowing ruffles. Skirt has beautiful movement and catches the light ever so slightly due to the beading. It’s always gave me a tango vibe. There is a lining underneath, but the outer fabric is see through.
