sarajoy3 How Pretty! I’m a 28 waist, so like a 14 across. When you say this has some “Give” does that mean there is a little Stretch to the waist or there is enough fabric that my local seamstress could add an inch in order for it to fit? Thanks for your time answering 😀

sarajoy3 This may actually work! I just noticed how High it seems to sit on the waist & took a measurement and it seems like I’ve gotten down to a 13 across at my Thinnest point! Yay 🎉
