JRW Handmade Beaded Feather Turquoise Earrings

JRW Handmade beaded feather turquoise earrings I found a pair like these in my mom's box of almost finished earrings. I don't know what the symbol means. I chose the colors and as you can see in the pictures, depending on the light, various colors will show from the dark beads within the pattern.
