Beautiful red, burgundy, and green running through on the Block Mash. The fabric is a stretch velvet burnout. If you're familiar with Joseph ribkoff you know his Fabrics. Very light, soft and stretchy! It has a duel way zip front. I believe it’s a jacket but a little bit of ruching under the bust calls it a top. In excellent condition!
