This midi shift dress from Jones Wear/Jones New York feels like really soft and cozy sweatshirt material. The neckline is padded so it stands out- it’s really different and pretty (photo #2). The bodice is lined but the rest is not although the material is opaque so it’s not needed. There are 4 fabric belt loops although I do not have the belt. Just about any black belt would go or use a contrasting color. The belt loops blend in so no belt would work as well. There is a 6 inch back slit. Material is very soft and has lots of stretch.
