@abbylop7676 This dress is a slip on - no zipper. Bust is 18" across;waist is approximately 14" across with the elastic waist, so it will tighten or stretch as needed; and from the top of the shoulder to the hem is 38". I hope this helps. This dress is in perfect condition.
