JOIE small short sleeve elastic waist shirt

JOIE short sleeve shirt with manipulated fabric that sort of "crosses" in the front and has elastic waist. Wide neck in dark army green/brown color. Size SMALL but fits wide.*In some light appears to have some stains on the front (not seen in 1st pic but manipulated to see in 2nd picture). Have never worn so not sure how they got there, could possibly be removed (?) please do not give bad rating due to stain since it is being pointed out. Pilling on shirt on purpose- present since purchase.
