JOIE rylan silk ruffle blouse XS S (F10)

Joie "Rylan" blouse, originally $248. Color is called "Ginger", it's like a blush color, with magenta print. Semi sheer silk georgette. Buttons at the back of the neck. The neckline is smocked and stretchy, and the sleeve cuffs have stretch, too. Tagged as XS, generously cut enough for many S, as well. Actually measures 21.5" PTP, meant to be loose and flowy. 23" long. Excellent like-new condition.
