Are they folded at the cuff or sewn?

I see you've been updating your profile and I find it disrespectful that you haven't responded to my recent comments. @audreysachi Oh, I'm sorry, I thought I did respond to you. The jeans are in the mail. I sent them off ystrdy. Sorry for the delay. They should be there in a couple days. I couldn't find in the mess of stuff that I had put aside for use later after I took them out of storage.
