JOEL DELVA wood sculpture rabbit Haiti

Wood carving bunny by JOEL DELVA Haiti. Signed on bottom. This artist also has some paintings. Research show his items have sold in the 60’s and some in 80s. That is all I can find. Prices for similar wood carving sold at 200.00 and one is asking 400.00. Bio on artist say he was self taught. He has one painting for sale at Centre d’ Art in Port-Au-Prince. Also was in Haiti Folk art book. Approx 8.5 by 5.5 by 3.5. Has a brutalist charm to him. Solid wood. Right ear has light chipped wood. Please see pics and video. He also does not sit perfectly flat which adds to his rugged charm. Extremely cool piece of art. Very rare.
