The measurement from shoulder (measured where the seam of the shoulder meets the sleeve) is 19 inches to the hem. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance 🙂

jereelki @peacelily3203 Yep! That's the measurement I took. Apologies if I was unclear. It's 19" from shoulder to the bottom of the jacket (shoulder to hip).
