JNY silk skirt

Jones New York silk skirt, 100% silk in a pretty floral pattern. It looks like its originally supposed to be an undergarment, however I just wear spandex underneath and wear it as a regular skirt. The tag says size 8 but it seems to run pretty small due to a spandex waistband.
