JMclaughlin navy bluee and red plaid in size small cot

Classic navy blue and red tartan plaid in a lightweight blouse size small. Elastic sleeve bottoms to push up and zippered back neckline. 99% cotton, 1% spandex for a little ease. Fabric is a slight bit puckered similar to seersucker but not as much.
